How to measure your wall
The most important thing is to decide which wall you want to cover with your mural. Full wall murals are the most striking but some people prefer to cover a smaller area – the choice is completely yours. We have included room preview images with most of our mural images to give you an idea of what they might look like in a furnished room. If you would like see an image of what your room would look like with your chosen mural, we can arrange this for a small fee.
If you choose to cover a full wall, we recommend you measure it at its highest and widest points. Most walls are not perfectly square so it is best to measure the vertical point at each corner and choose the largest measurement. And remember to check your measurements before you place your order as we can’t accept returns if you have ordered the wrong size.
Please note that we have made allowances for trimming top and bottom to compensate for uneven walls - but you can also slightly increase the size of your measurements if you want a little extra trim.
