The term “Picture my world” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

•Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
•This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

•Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Refunds and Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your wallpaper, we will either provide a refund or replacement for you immediately. There are however a few things, as outlined below, that you should be aware of, which we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for:
1.Due to the bespoke nature of the goods, returns cannot be accepted unless the goods are faulty, damaged or of poor quality.
2.Once the wallpaper has been hung, no refunds can be given
3.Once we receive an order, if you need to change it or cancel, please let us know and will do our best but we cannot guarantee this due to the different stages it could be at.
4.We strongly recommended that once your mural has arrived, you check that the product is in good condition and inspect every piece to ensure that there are no problems with your wallpaper. Picture my world cannot accept claims for refunds or reprints once the material has been installed.
5.All our wallpapers are packed into extra strong cardboard tubes and ensure that these are sealed tightly and labelled clearly. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during delivery, we cannot be held responsible, unless the problem was caused as a result of a problem with the packaging which was our fault.
6.If you do receive goods which have been damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately and retain all relevant information to allow us to make an insurance claim against our carriers. Where possible, please take a photograph of the damage to the goods and its packaging.
7.If you do receive goods which have been damaged during delivery, please note "Damaged on arrival" on the delivery note. Refer to the Delivery section in these terms and conditions for further instruction.
8.The wall dimensions entered at the time of order are deemed as the printing measurements. If your wallpaper does not fit, we cannot be held accountable for inaccurate measurements given to us.
9.Very occasionally, there can be slight difference in colour on each individual wallpaper drop. Customers should be aware of this and unless there is a very noticeable difference, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
10.Because images are often enlarged in order to print our wallpaper murals, this does mean that pixilation or a slight mottled effect can occur when viewed close up. This is something to be expected when printing large images. Because murals are extremely large images and are meant to be viewed from a distance, these effects will not be noticeable from a viewing distance. We wouldn't however print anything of poor quality. It is worth noting that we cannot provide a refund for slight pixilation or mottling.
11.Because computer monitors vary and can show colours differently. There can sometimes be colour differences between on screen colours and actual printed colours. If there is a difference in colour, we cannot provide a refund or reprint.
12.If Picture my world do make a mistake or error, we will endeavour to fix this with a full replacement mural at no extra cost.
